Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT also called Tapping, is an emotional form of acupuncture except that we don't use needles. EFT is a fast, easy and effective modern therapy and coaching technique. It can often get results with problems even when other techniques have been unsuccessful. With EFT, we consider subtle energies to be the cause of emotional upsets. EFT generates results that are FAR beyond those of conventional methods.
